Shipping And Return Policies
Standard Shipping Policy:
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
We utilize USPS as our primary carrier for our products. After shipping costs are added at checkout and your payment is then verified, your order will then be processed and prepared for shipping. We ask that you allow up to 72 hours for the order to be shipped out as you await the tracking number via email.
Keep in mind orders placed after 2pm will not be sent out until the following business day (Monday).
Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 5-7 days business days after initial purchase.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Two Tees Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Return Policy:
Due to COVID 19 we have suspended exchanges/ returns. If in fact, there is a legitimate issue with your product please email us at TwoTeesboutique@yahoo.com and await a response. If granted, we will issue a store credit via gift card sent directly to you following your email to us. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. `
